Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

LSH accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and installment options when available.

Order Verification

Additional verification may be required to protect against fraud, including confirmation of billing or shipping information. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Billing Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing information. LSH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect billing details.

Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize LSH to charge your selected payment method for product cost, taxes, shipping fees, and any additional services selected at checkout.

Declined or Failed Payments

Orders with declined payments will not be processed. Customers will be notified to update their payment method.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without contacting LSH may result in account suspension. LSH maintains detailed records of all transactions and deliveries.

Installment Plans

Customers using third-party installment providers agree to the provider’s terms. LSH is not responsible for installment fees or disputes.
