Our Utilization Management program is committed to applying the most current, evidence-based clinical criteria in all medical necessity determinations. We partner with InterQual® to ensure that reviews are conducted using nationally recognized, up-to-date guidelines. For services or criteria not available through InterQual®, cases are reviewed in consultation with our Medical Director, who applies evidence-based standards and clinical expertise to support fair, consistent, and clinically sound determinations.
