During your visit, we review your health history, discuss how PrEP works, explain potential side effects, and answer any questions you may have.
PrEP can be taken as a daily pill and, when combined with regular checkups and safer health practices, offers strong protection against HIV. Our goal is to ensure you have the information, resources, and support you need to make the choice that’s right for you.

What to Expect
Your first visit covers your health history and a conversation about whether PrEP fits your situation. Your provider explains how PrEP works, what to expect, and answers any questions about side effects. Once you start, you’ll have periodic follow-up visits to check in and keep your prescription current.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major insurance plans and offer income-based sliding-scale fees for patients who qualify. Medication cost-assistance options may also be available — ask our team. Call to confirm your coverage before your visit.
