The Prima Home Health Care Leadership Academy (PHHCLA) is proof of our commitment to building a culture of excellence. Every leader at Prima Home Health Care attends the PHHCLA, from corporate and regional leaders to location leaders. PHHCLA is an intensive, immersive experience in all things Prima Home Health Care, with the goal of producing the most prepared, most qualified, and most committed leaders in home healthcare.
