The Diabetic Society of Maldives conducted a diabetes screening and awareness programme for Cyryx College staff on 4 September 2014, at the Cyryx College Galolhu Campus.

Senior officials, doctors, and nurses from the Society took part in the programme. In addition to diabetes screening, staff also had their blood pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI) checked, with health advice provided to each staff member based on their results.

Cyryx College management expressed its gratitude to the management and staff of the Diabetic Society for conducting such an important programme.
