Meet the Provider

Terry Faleye DMS, MPAS, PA-C.

Terry has worked as a physician assistant in dermatology since 2009, bringing extensive experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

A native Houstonian, Terry earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston in 2003. She went on to receive early admission to the Physician Assistant program at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. In 2026, she completed her Doctor of Medical Science degree at Butler University, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Terry is deeply committed to professional leadership, education, and service within the dermatology community. She leads the Houston Derm PA Society and serves as a committee chair on the Diversity in Dermatology Board. She was recently honored as the incoming President of the Texas Society of Dermatology Professional Associates for the 2026–2028 term. During her presidency, Terry plans to further strengthen the organization by expanding educational opportunities, supporting professional growth among dermatology PAs and advanced practice providers, and advancing advocacy efforts that elevate the role of dermatology professionals across Texas.

Clinically, Terry is passionate about medical dermatology and the management of inflammatory skin diseases. She has lectured nationally on topics including psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, and alopecia areata. Her special interests include hidradenitis suppurativa, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, skin of color, and skin malignancies. In addition to her expertise in medical dermatology, Terry is skilled in cosmetic procedures, including dermal fillers, Dysport, and Botox injections.

Outside of her professional work, Terry enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending their extracurricular activities, and staying active in her community. She also enjoys exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene.
