All Sales Final After Shipment<\/h2>

Because Open Science products are research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of shipped products or issue refunds, exchanges, or store credit for buyer error, changed plans, improper storage or handling, or use of a product. Please review your order, shipping address, and applicable product documentation before completing your purchase.<\/p>

Cancellations Before Shipment<\/h2>

You may request a cancellation by emailing support@weareopenscience.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is submitted. If we confirm that an order has not entered fulfillment, we may cancel it and return the applicable amount to the original payment method.<\/p>

Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items<\/h2>

If you receive the wrong item, an item is missing, or an item arrives visibly damaged, contact us at support@weareopenscience.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0within 7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, product, and label where relevant.<\/p>

After review, we will correct a verified Open Science fulfillment error or verified transit damage by, at our option, sending a replacement or issuing a refund to the original payment method. Do not return an item unless we provide written instructions.<\/p>

Carrier Delays, Loss, and Theft<\/h2>

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address and for monitoring tracking information. We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries when appropriate, but we do not issue refunds for delays outside our control.<\/p>
