Cash Practice

Being a cash-based practice allows NXT GEN Medical to operate differently. Appointments are not dictated by billing codes or arbitrary visit limits. Instead, care is built around what is clinically appropriate, not what is reimbursable.

Patients choose NXT GEN Medical because they value time, expertise, and a level of care that cannot be replicated in high-volume environments. Acceptable forms of payment include cash/credit card, HAS, FSA, and Auto Policies.

Dr. Coulter is an evidence-based chiropractor with a unique dual background as a registered nurse. Currently pursuing his Nurse Practitioner degree, he brings a powerful blend of conservative and medical approaches to patient care—ensuring comprehensive, well-rounded treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

At NXT GEN Medical, we provide an individualized approach to healthcare. Acceptable forms of payment include HSA, FSA, Auto Policies, Credit Card, and Cash.

We do not bill Major Medical Insurance but provide our patients with a Super Bill so they can be reimbursed from their insurance company. This allows us to focus on the treatment that is best for you without insurance companies dictating your healthcare.

Dr. Thomas Coulter

Dr. Coulter is a diversified adjuster, specializing in Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Board Certified Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), Functional Taping for Musculoskeletal Injuries (FTMI), and Functional Soft Tissue (FST). His approach to treatment is to find a treatment plan that is comfortable for the patient while yielding quick, efficient and long lasting results. His goal is to find the root cause of pain instead of just looking at the problem area.

Chiropractor

His approach to treatment is to find a treatment plan that is comfortable for the patient while yielding quick, efficient and long lasting results.
