Return Window<\/h3>

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>

Eligibility Requirements<\/h3>
  • Items must be unworn, unbrushed, unaltered, and unwashed.<\/li>
  • Items must be free of dyes, adhesives, or heat styling.<\/li>
  • Items must be in their original packaging.<\/li>
  • A tracking number must be provided.<\/li>
  • Lace products must be uncut, untorn, and unmodified.<\/li><\/ul>

    Non-Eligible Items<\/h3>
    • Used or altered hair.<\/li>
    • Hair with product, dye, adhesive, or heat styling.<\/li>
    • Items with damaged packaging.<\/li>
    • Washed or conditioned hair.<\/li>
    • Custom units.<\/li>
    • Final sale items.<\/li><\/ul>

      Refunds<\/h3>

      Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $9.85 shipping and handling fee.<\/p>

      Exchanges<\/h3>

      Exchanges are permitted within the 14-day return window. No shipping fee applies to exchange orders.<\/p>

      Defective Items<\/h3>

      Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.<\/p>

      Lost or Stolen Packages<\/h3>

      LSH is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Claims must be filed with the carrier.<\/p>

      Chargebacks<\/h3>

      Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.<\/p>
